Prevention of Bullying: the foundation of courageous and compassionate workplaces
Time & Location
About the Event
Come to this session to understand the full spectrum of behaviours that can escalate into bullying, and the risks this brings to both individuals and organisations. We’ll also explore how to incorporate behavioural risk management into your business to help align culture and strategy.
We know that many employers set out with positive intentions to create a happy, healthy and productive workforce, but the reality is that often the behaviours and conduct are disconnected with the aim and objectives of the employers.
How much do those behaviours cost? How much time and effort is being spent dealing with so called “people issues”? How do we bridge the gap?
Nicki Eyre from Conduct Change will speak about the imperative to minimise behavioural risk in an organisation through a range of evidence-based interventions; improving the human experience of the working environment; and the increased competitiveness that can be achieved through creating compassionate and courageous workplaces of the future.
