This workplace Bullying Awareness Course is designed to raise awareness and help prevent different types of disruptive and unacceptable behaviours, workplace bullying and harassment.

The workshop is suitable for staff at all levels throughout organisations, and particularly:

  • Definitions of bullying, cyberbullying and harassment

  • Overview of current legislation

  • Different forms and behaviours that bullying can take in the workplace

  • Remote working: what makes cyberbullying different?

  • The bullying relationship – what makes someone bully?

  • Professional, personal and emotional impact of being bullied in the workplace

  • Differentiating between performance and conduct

  • Current best practice for organisations

Bullying Prevention Course

This workplace Bullying Prevention Course explores the indicators and impact of workplace bullying at an organisational level and considers actions that can be taken to promote positive behaviours and improve conduct and culture.

Who should attend this workshop?

The workshop is suitable for staff at all levels throughout organisations, and particularly:

  • Board members and senior leadership teams

  • Anyone responsible for people, culture, health & wellbeing

  • HR and Organisational Development professionals

  • Impact at an organisational level
